A unit for processing raw fruit and vegetable material comprises the following units connected between each other and mounted in series: a receiving conveyer tank, a washing machine, an inspection conveyer, a heat-exchanging screw, a first and second juice screw separators, a first puree cooling screw, first, second and third pulping machines, second puree cooling screw, a tubular juice cooler, arranged at the outlets of the first and second juice separators, a puree collecting container, disposed at the outlet of the second cooling screw, a juice collecting container, arranged at the outlet of the tubular juice cooler. In doing so in chambers of the heat-exchanging screw, first and second juice screw separators, first and second cooling screws and puree and juice collecting containers hollow screw conveyers, comprising the central hollow shaft with hollow empty screw surfaces, fixed thereon, connected with the hollow shaft by the channels, a waste collecting container connected with the outlets of the pulping machines are disposed. Loosening roods, arranged at a certain distance from the inlet of chambers thereof and at a certain distance from each other and from the shaft are disposed on the outer surfaces of the empty screws of the heat-exchanger and juice separators in parallel to the axle of the screw.
