A grease filter for a roaster suction pipe is provided to recover the oil more actively by adhering the oil to a wider area of the grease filter while oil contained in smoke passes through a space between inner and outer screens. In a filter connected to an inlet of a suction pipe installed on a top part or a bottom part of a roaster to recover oil contained in smoke sucked by the suction pipe, a grease filter for a roaster suction pipe comprises a large diameter conical outer filter(100), a small diameter conical inner filter(200), and a finishing plate(300). The large diameter conical outer filter includes a plurality of screens(130) of which bilateral wings are folded to the inner side and formed along frames of a fixing cap(110) and a fixing ring(120) located at upper and lower sides respectively such that the screens are spaced apart from one another. The small diameter conical inner filter includes a plurality of screens(230) of which bilateral wings are folded to the outer side and formed along frames of a fixing cap(210) and a fixing ring(220) located at upper and lower sides respectively such that the screens are spaced apart from one another. The finishing plate is formed to connect the fixing rings in a state that the outer filter contains the inner filter.
