A backflow prevention device prevents shaking of a slider and shaft parts due to flowing of a fluid, and prevents leakage by positioning the sealing member to a normal position after finishing supply of the fluid. A backflow prevention device(100) comprises: a body(110) in which a flow path(112) is formed, and of which both ends are opened; a slider(130) movably disposed in the flow path of the body; first and second shaft parts(133,137) formed on both sides of the slider to support both sides of the slider along the flow path direction of the body; a sealing member(140) coupled to the first shaft part to open or close the flow path; and an elastic member(150) applying elastic force to the slider to open the flow path only when a predetermined water pressure is applied to the sealing member. The backflow prevention device further comprises: a first supporting part(115) to which the first shaft part is movably supported, and in which a first passing hole(116) is formed; and a second supporting part(117) to which the second shaft part is movably supported, and in which a second passing hole(118) is formed. The first shaft part has a fixing protrusion(134) formed thereon, and the sealing member is coupled to the first shaft part to surround the fixing protrusion.
