A hull fixing structure of an insulation panel is provided to maximize the adiabatic efficiency of an insulation panel and to improve sealing force by fixing with a hull without forming a hole in an insulation panel. A hull fixing structure of an insulation panel comprises a machined surface(110a) formed by removing partially in the vertical direction along the circumferential surface of the insulation panel, and a joint(112a) formed on the corresponding part of a fixed plate(112) attached to the bottom of the insulation panel and exposed to the machined surface to fasten with a stud bolt.
