FILTER ASSEMBLY FOR PURIFYING WATER

A filter assembly allows a water purifying operation to be uniformly performed across the entire area of an integrated activated carbon filter installed within a housing and discharges bubbles generated within the housing to the outside in the early stage of the process of supplying water into the housing. A water purifying filter assembly comprises a housing(100), an activated carbon filter(200), a sealing cap(300), and an induction cap(400). The housing has an inner hollow space formed by joining an upper housing(110) and a lower housing(120) with each other. The activated carbon filter is housed in the inner hollow space. The upper housing has a connector(105) formed on a top part thereof, and the lower housing has the connector formed on a bottom part thereof such that a flow path is connected to the connector. The activated carbon filter is a hollow cylindrical body having an opening formed along the central axis thereof. The activated carbon filter has a vortex forming part(220) integrally formed on an outer side thereof. The sealing cap is coupled to one end of the activated carbon filter to seal the opening, and the induction cap is coupled to the other end of the activated carbon filter. The induction cap has a guide pipe(410) formed on one side thereof.
