An elevator door separation preventive apparatus is provided to prevent the elevator door from being separated from the door rail or falling into the hoist way in beforehand. An elevator door separation preventive apparatus comprises an upper extension unit which is fastened to the inner surface of a second curve-cut extension unit(14b) of an upper reinforcement(14), a lower extension unit which is fastened to the outer surface of a second curve-cut extension unit(16b) of a lower reinforcement(16), left and right side extension units wherein the second curve-cut extension unit is fastened to a base(12) of the separation preventive bracket(10), and a reinforcement box.
