FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: wheat bread is cut, rabbit meat is cut and beaten, steeped in chicken eggs and covered in wheat bread. It is fried in melted butter, herbs are cut and frozen; fresh green peas are frozen. Green peas, herbs and table salt are mixed under oxygen-free conditions. Rabbit meat is packed with the obtained mix and melted butter, vacuum sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish. |
