A method of manufacturing castings with differentiated structure and properties consists in simultaneous or successive continuous or with temporary holding filling through two independent (autonomous) gating systems of one initial (basic) melt into a foundry mold with preliminarily installed special partition. The basic liquid metal, which fills one part of the casting, enters the foundry mold through channels of the first gating system without any working (initial), while another part of the die cavity is filled up through the channels of the second gate system independent from the first (autonomous) gating system, where the melt is subject to intra-mold working. |
