A method for treatment of common bile duct obstruction comprises the superomedian laparotomy and inspection of extrahepatic bile ducts, isolation of small intestine, its transection, passing of its bypass segment into the subhepatic space, fixation of small intestine loop, supplying of it to the common bile duct, suturing of small intestine loop transacted end, placing end-to-side hepaticojejunoanastomosis, restoration of gastrointestinal tract continuity. |
