BUTT JOINT OF PRE-FABRICATED REINFORCED-CONCRETE COLUMNS AND METHOD FOR ITS REALIZATION

Butt joint of pre-fabricated reinforced-concrete columns has end sections of columns being joined, with cross end steel sheets equipped with anchor rods rigidly connected to those, placed near the ends of columns in parallel to rods of long armature. Pins with threading are attached with fixation and adjustment buts to cross end sheets of columns being joined in corner niches of those formed with rigidly fixed to end sheets on welding with steel angle elements. To increase reliability of butt joints of pre-fabricated columns and decrease of metal consumption in concrete of inter-end gap middle reinforcement is placed as at least one welding armature net with formation of monolithic reinforced-concrete insert. Cross end sheets at side of inter-end gap are equipped with discrete edging rigidly fixed to those in contour. Anchor rods are rigidly attached to end sheets in conical countersunk openings at side of inter-edge gap on welding and are placed along perimeter of cross section of columns in folds with rods of longitudinal reinforcment of those. The invention relates as well to method for arrangement of butt joint.
