A defecator of continuous action consists of cylindrical body, cone bottom and superior cover, the arm mixer is installed on the embankment inside the body, and back arms are located on the inner surface of the body. At that the supply of juice and lime milk is realized through the pipe into cone part of the bottom, and bleeding of processed juice is realized from the superior part of cylindrical body through the fitting group. The stationary screw-shaped blades are located into the pipe for juice supply in such a way that each next one has reverse direction of screws towards the previous ones. From above pipe has one tangential jet for supply of predefecated juice and one jet for supply of lime milk, and from below the pipe enters the cone part of defecator tangentially into distributor plate with open bottom part. |
