A method for making jelly marmalade provides soaking agar and gelatin, dissolving thereof, cooling, mixing with citric acid and pouring into moulds. First a mixture of the agar, gelatin and Lamidan is prepared, said mixture is thoroughly mixed and soaked in 40-fold amount of cold running water to the agar and gelatin mass for 40-50 min, after swelling the agar, gelatin and Lamidan mixture is dissolved, while heating and stirring, after full dissolving of the mixture the ready jelly and marmalade mass is cooled up to a temperature of 60-65 °С, is supplemented with the acid, stirred and poured into the moulds. |
