A method for cultivation of anaerobic bacteria provides for creating of anaerobic growth conditions due to removal of free atmospheric oxygen from the nutrient medium. Gel of fine bentonite is used as an oxygen scavenger, which is introduced into cultural medium in a form of 5-6% aqueous slurry, where the ratio between nutrient medium and bentonite gel is 1:1-2:1. |
