A manufacturing method of a hollow concrete girder and a construction method of a bridge using the same are provided to resist buoyancy by placing concrete without increasing the dead weight of a hollow concrete girder using a permanent inner core. A manufacturing method of a hollow concrete girder comprises the steps of installing a reinforcement assembly around an inner hollow formation portion in an installed form, installing a permanent inner core according to the shape of an inner hollow in the inner hollow formation section and forming the permanent inner core to make a concrete panel(320) fixed to an inner core containing Styrofoam(310) to resist the buoyancy occurring in the permanent inner core by concrete to be placed, and placing concrete in the form to make the permanent inner core and a reinforcing bar buried and compounding the concrete panel with the placed concrete.
