Modified drill for percussion-pulse rotation has body, hydro- or pneumo-drive, ratchet mechanism, cable rotator with traction and support rings and socket with drill beam. In addition it has single-acting hydro- or pneumo-cylinder rod of which together with shaft of drill acts as hammer with interaction with the end of the beam. Shaft of the drill is connected through roll bearing to traction ring of the rotator. Rotator has tubular slot rod installed to slot bushing outer teeth of which interact with stopper latches of ratchet mechanism. Decrease of energy losses is provided, and increase of rate of blast hole drilling in medium-hard rocks. |
