An electromotive sun shade for vehicles is provided to unfold and fold a sun shade at a narrow rotation angle to operate the sun shade with small power and easily attach the sun shade to a vehicle. An electromotive sun shade(300) for vehicles includes a motor(60), first, second, third gears(10,20,30), first, second, third rack gears(41,42,43), a rack(40), first and second pinion gears(50,51), first, second, third and fourth arm levers(81,82,83,84), first and second sun shade arm links(70,71), first and second sun shade arms(100,200), and a shade net(77). The motor rotates the first, second and third gears. Power is transmitted to the rack according to the first rack gear engaged with the third gear to move the second and third rack gears forward. The first and second pinion gears rotate the first arm lever clockwise and rotate the third arm lever counter clockwise. The first and second sun shade arms are simultaneously moved to the bottom of the sun shade according to rotation of the second and fourth arm levers and rotation of the first and second sun shade arm links to unfold the shade net.
