A fan shroud fixing structure is provided to facilitate attaching and detaching a fan shroud on a radiator in a narrow and small space and use in a cross flow type radiator and a down flow type radiator. A fan shroud fixing structure comprises a load supporting part(31), a fixing unit(30), and an accepting part. In a radiator(10), the load supporting part supports the load of the fan shroud(20). The fixing unit is composed of a holder(32) fixed to the fan shroud and a guide part guiding the load supporting part and the holder to be fixed to the fan shroud. In the accepting part, the fixing unit is inserted and is fixed.
