发明名称 INTRAMEDULLARY NAIL FOR ULNAR BONE
摘要 FIELD: medicine; traumatology and orthopaedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: said nail comprises a cylindrical segment of greater diametre to adjust proximally fractured fragments, a cylindrical segment of smaller diametre supplied with a rotational stabiliser and a cap, and a reduction segment. The nail segment of smaller diametre is axially bent at angle 10. On the segment of greater diametre, there are three through transverse block-screw holes. From end face of the segment of greater diametre, there is threaded coaxial plug hole formed. The segment of greater diametre has one through hole has been inclined with its axis lying within a bending plane of the nail and directed to cross the nail axis at the angle 35 thereby providing treatment of olecranon fractures. The inclined hole axis and other hole axes perpendicular to the nail axis are arranged in orthogonally related planes. The cap is spatulate and formed by symmetric flats from two sides of the cylindrical segment of smaller diametre to form a V-shaped head. The rotational stabiliser is represented with at least two cylindrical block-screw necks provided from the opposite sides of the segment of smaller diametre, biased along the axis, at distances from the V-shaped head of the cap 1.5 and 2 times exceeding length of the cap respectively. Axes of the specified necks are directed in parallel to the through hole axes of the segment of greater diametre, perpendicular to the nail axis. Their depth is 0.28 of diametre of the smaller segment. The reduction segment of the nail is a truncated cone with its greater and smaller bases are coaxially fastened to the segments of greater and smaller diametre respectively. The segment of smaller diametre is bent in the bending line at the distance from the nail end face 2.2 times exceeding length of the segment of greater diametre. ^ EFFECT: apparatus enhancement and simultaneous treatment of ulnar and olecranon fractures, reduced injuries, ensured axial and rotational fixing stability of bone fragments for the whole therapeutic period till recovery with simultaneous improving the nail durability and performance reliability, simplified manufacturing process and cost reduction and expansion in the number of patients. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg
