METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF FIBROMUSCULAR DYSPLASIA OF INTERNAL CAROTID

摘要

A method for treatment of fibromuscular dysplasia of internal carotid comprises the leading and placing self-opening stent by the endovascular method with the femoral approach under fluoroscopic control in the affected area of artery. A stent is placed so that it covers whole surface of the pathologically changed vascular wall.
