FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: there is offered absorbent product, such as a diaper, pull up diapers, piece of clothing used in incontinence, an insert used in incontinence, a protective bed sheet or similar applied for absorption and holding of body exudates which can include low-viscous faecal matters. The product contains absorbing core and the covering element covering absorbing core. A covering element comprises a fluid-permeable internal covering element on an absorbent core facing the body and a fluid-tight external covering element on an absorbent core facing a piece of clothing. The internal covering element at least within excrement intake area including fragments of back and perineal parts of the product, comprises material as a three-dimensional hydrophilic fibrous canvas provided with a set of alternating deep and upstanding fragments on the surface facing the body. The deep and upstanding fragments are hydrophilic. ^ EFFECT: invention prevents motion of low-viscous faecal matter within a surface of the internal covering element. ^ 16 cl, 9 dwg |
