The group of inventions, which are claimed, relates to the by-product coking industry and can be used in dry coke-quenching plants.A device for regulation of operating regime of dry coke-quenching plant contains a control module 6, which outlet is connected with a draft system temperature detector 1 for superheated steam, which outlet is connected with the first inlet of a control module temperature detector 1 for recycle gases on the inlet of an exhaust-heat boiler 2, which outlet is connected with the second inlet of the control module 6. Furthermore, the device is equipped with a temperature detector 4 for recycle gases on the outlet of the exhaust-heat boiler 2, which outlet is connected with the third inlet of the control module 6, and with a flow sensor 5 for recycle gases, which outlet is connected with the fourth inlet of the control module 6.According to a method for regulation of operating regime of dry coke-quenching plant the temperature of superheated steam, the temperature of recycle gases on the inlet of the exhaust-heat boiler 2 are regulated with generation of the control command for the draft system 7 by the control module 6. Moreover, according to the method the temperature of recycle gases on the outlet of the exhaust-heat boiler 2 and the actual flow of recycle gases are controlled, after that obtained data about the temperature of recycle gases on the outlet of the exhaust-heat boiler 2 and the data about actual flow of recycle gases are entered into said control module 6 for generation of the control command, according to which the data about estimated flow of recycle gases are entered into said draft system 7, where the control and generation of the control command is performed by the device for regulation of operating regime of dry coke-quenching plant.The technical result of the device and the method for regulation of operating regime of dry coke-quenching plant is the maintenance of the temperature of superheated steam on given level at changing of actual combustion rate of dry coke-quenching plants, and reduction of energy consumption due to the optimization of operation of the draft system 7. |
