FLATE SPEAKER

A flat speaker is provided to reduce an occupied area thereof at the maximum by forming an exterior and a structure of each of components installed therein with rectangular shapes. A flat speaker includes a speaker unit(10), a base frame(20), a U-shaped yoke, an attachable member, a magnet(40), a plate(50), a diaphragm, a coil plate(60), and a damper. The base frame is installed in the inside of the speaker unit. The U-shaped yoke is installed in the inside of the base frame. A top part and both sides of the U-shaped yoke are opened. The attachable member is attached to the opened sides. The magnet is installed in the inside of the yoke. The plate is installed at an upper side of the magnet. The diaphragm is installed through an edge connected to the speaker unit to be positioned on an upper side of the plate. The coil plate is inserted into an insertion groove of the diaphragm. A coil is wound around the coil plate. One side of the damper is attached to a lower end of the coil plate. The other side of the damper is attached to a lower end of the yoke.
