METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF LEVEL OF ENDOGENOUS TOXEMIA IN PATIENTS WITH COMPLICATED AND CRITICAL FORMS OF NON-MALIGNANT OBSTRUCTIVE JAUNDICE

Method for evaluation of level of endogenous toxemia in patients with complicated and critical forms of non-malignant obturation jaundice prescribes blood sampling and its investigation. One determines relation between values of ratio of sorption activity of erythrocytes (as normal one takes value 37.12±1.43 %) and glycolized hemoglobin (as normal one takes value 5.1±0.28) to index of concentration of direct fraction of bilirubin (as normal one tales value 2.8±0.4 mkmol/l), with following quantitative calculation of ratio between value of numerator and denominator (as normal one takes value 2.6±0.42); and at statistically probable (р<0.05) decrease of that ratio one determines statement on endogenic toxemia and its level, decrease of detoxication function of liver, with determination of indication to efferent detoxication and methods of metabolic perioperation support of liver with differential evaluation of its effectiveness at perioperation stages depending on method of biliary decompression chosen.
