A hydraulic press includes lower and upper cross-beams, which are connected together by four columns of square section and on which a traverse is installed with possibility of reciprocating vertical displacement, which interacts with power and return hydraulic cylinders, and also an analog-digital converter connected with a force main and a microprocessor connected with a hydraulic distributor and a sensor of control of the position of columns. The press is equipped with short-stroke hydraulic cylinders located in the upper and lower parts of said traverse, which stocks are installed with a required slot between their butt ends and surfaces of each of the sides of said columns. Working cavities of the opposite short-stroke hydraulic cylinders are connected by hydraulic lines equipped with shutoff valves locking relative to environment and valves of periodic action connected with a common unit of their control for operation in the mode “open- closed”. |
