A method for ceramic fuse bond coating of a cast iron street lamp pole is provided to reduce the maintenance and repairing cost by improving surface hardness of the cast iron street lamp pole, thereby extending life of the cast iron street lamp pole. A method for ceramic fuse bond coating of a cast iron street lamp pole comprises the steps of: performing a sanding process of removing minute bent portions and impurities such as dust and oil and forming a plurality of minute grooves on the outer peripheral surface of the cast iron street lamp pole; performing a solvent treatment process of cleaning residues on the outer peripheral surface of the street lamp pole by a blower and forming an alloy layer on the outer peripheral surface of the cast iron street lamp pole; performing a sanding process and an air cleaning process; heating the residue-removed street lamp pole in a heating chamber, spray coating a polyester coating powder on the water-removed street lamp pole, and heating coating powder-coated street lamp pole in an oven to adhere the coating powder onto the outer peripheral surface of the street lamp pole; and coating ceramic material on the outer peripheral surface of the street lamp pole onto which the coating powder has been adhered, and finishing and naturally drying the ceramic material-coated outer peripheral surface of the street lamp pole. |
