A forging steel, and a forged product manufactured by the same are provided to produce a large forging product like a crank shaft used in a ship and control the form of inclusion by controlling amount of solid solution Mg and solid solution Ca. A forged product manufactured by a forging steel satisfies one expression among: 1 expression consisting of solid solution Ca 2~500 mass ppb, and solid solution Mg 0.04~5 mass ppm; 2 expression consisting of solid solution Ca 2~100 mass ppb, and solid solution Mg 5~10 mass ppm; 3 expression consisting of solid solution Ca 2 mass ppb or less, and solid solution Mg 0.04~5 mass ppm; and 4 expression consisting of the solid solution Ca 2~500 mass ppb, and solid solution Mg 0.04 mass ppm or less. The forged product has improved fatigue property by using the forging steel.
