FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: wheat bread is cut, rabbit meat is cut and beaten, steeped in chicken eggs and covered in wheat bread. It is fried in melted butter, sugar peas and herbs are cut and frozen. The listed components are mixed with culinary salt under oxygen-free conditions; the rabbit meat, resultant mixture and mayonnaise are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish. |
