FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline construction and can be used when laying pipes under roads and railways. A working and receiving trench is made and a guide frame is laid onto it. A pipe is laid on the latter, with diametre 10-30 times less than the diametre of the pipe casing. A blast hole is made on the axis of passage of the channel and a standard low-impulse explosive source, for example a detonating cord of a certain length, is exploded in it. The diametre of the obtained channel is measured and from an established relationship, obtained from analysing an array of experimental data of permanent deformation of soil from the standard low-impulse explosive source and the same length of explosive substances with different weight and energy parametres, weight characteristics of the main line charge of explosive substance in trinitrotoluol equivalent are established. The boring process is done by welding a new pipe before the end of the first pipe comes out into the receiving trench, after which the formed channel is filled with explosive substance. Shields are placed on the road surface on the place where casings are being laid, the line charge of explosive substance is detonated and casings are put into the formed channel. ^ EFFECT: easier and faster laying of pipelines under roads. ^ 2 cl; 1 dwg |
