The invention relates to branch of provision of extraction of minerals, in particular of determination of stability of soft opening rocks of which pit ledges are formed. Technical solution includes selection of working area, determination of local zones, determination of level of stability of rocks at which one preliminarily sets color palette that corresponds to physical-mechanical characteristics of rocks, determination of each local zone is performed simultaneously by whole cross section of chosen area in color palette, and prediction of level of stability is performed through comparison of given palette of each local zone to the setted color palette. The invention makes it possible, through inclusion of new technological operations and sequence of those, to achieve reliable determination of physical-mechanical characteristics of rocks under investigation, express diagnostics of stability of those and selection of rational technological parameters of rock operations carrying out. |
