FIELD: medical equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: clamping clip-applying apparatus comprises a rod with working grips, a feeder as a mobile cover, an encapsulated drive and a plate on the internal surface of which there are supports multiple of height lengths of clips. The supported plate is fixed on the distal end on an auxiliary seating surface of the rod with working grips. The plate is movable concerning the rod and spring-loaded on the other side into the mobile cover. The mobile cover is loaded with an auxiliary spring mounted on the rod with working grips from the drive. Between springs there is mounted fixed hub, while a driving washer is provided from the distal end. Dimensions of the driving washer are specified so that to put it to interaction with flanges additionally provided on the internal surface of the mobile cover. The groove-like seating surfaces and supports for initial adjustment of the plate are provided on the distal end of the mobile cover. A fastener for the supported plate located on the fixed cover comprises auxiliary elements for pivoting that provides installation of the case. The distal end of the case box comprises the supports coupled with the seating surfaces of the groove-like mobile covers. On the back end of the case there are cam slots for pivoting of the turnable case. The drive body comprises a turnable displacement device interacting to the back end of the mobile cover, mounted on the encapsulated drive, and used to displace the mobile cover and the mobile drive handle at the distance multiple of the clip dimensions. The mobile handle comprises a handle return interlock. The clip case is mounted on the mobile cover and comprises an enclosure, a pusher with a spring tip, clip guides, instrument seating surfaces interacting with a separate clip. The case body is holed to interact with the pusher mounted in the case to elastically interact with the holes the case body and with clips and provided by the second elastic support interacting with the plate supports on the fixed cover. This design is resulted in the clip-applying apparatus and the clip case ensuring automatic clip feeding and latching for one-cycle run of the drive ensured by consecutive interaction of the supported plate with the rod and epy working grips and with epy mobile cover. According to the proposed invention, the devices are applied to displace the mobile handle of the drive and the mobile cover at the distance multiple of the clip dimensions, thereby adjusting the initial position of the mobile cover relative to the rod with working grips. ^ EFFECT: applying of clips of different standard sizes. ^ 8 cl, 6 dwg |
