In the method of transmitting and receiving information, information on the transmitting side is coded by a personal code stating the date and time of sending. The information is transmitted to the receiving side where it is decoded, recorded, coded with a personal code while recording the date and time, and sent in reverse order. The method is realised in a device containing an information generation unit (1) and an information reception unit (2) connected into a network.
