FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises differential amplifier, two detectors, one of which is arranged in the form of rotation speed detector installed near tool surface, system of drive control. In order to increase accuracy and improve device operation conditions, the second detector is arranged as piezoceramic, is installed into clamping facility of lathe normal to tool axis and is connected to differential amplifier. Device includes band filter, discriminator, analog-digital converter and digital metre of time shift. At that outlet of differential amplifier is connected to inlet of band filter, outlet of band filter is connected to discriminator inlet, outlet of which is connected to the first inlet of analog-digital converter, to the second inlet of which rotation speed detector is connected. Outlet of analog-digital converter is connected to inlet of digital metre of time shift, outlet of which is connected to system of drive control. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy and improved operational conditions. ^ 1 dwg |
