WATER STORAGE-TYPE HEAT PUMP UNIT AND ENERGY SAVING INDIVIDUAL HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM USING THE SAME

A water storage type heat pump unit and an energy-saving individual heating/cooling system are provided to effectively manage energy consumption of a building through real time inspection of cooling/heating power consumption for each individual space and minimize cooling/heating water flow rates for the individual cooling/heating. A water storage type heat pump unit includes a heat pump(10), a stratification thermal storage tank(20), a supply header(H2) and a recovery header(H1). The heat pump generates cooling/heating water by exhaust heat or waste water heat and power lead into a building. The stratification thermal storage tank stores, supplies or recovers the cooling/heating water. An energy-saving individual heating/cooling system(1) using the heat pump unit includes wireless communication modules per floor of the building, wireless temperature controllers(71) mounted in individual spaces(R1,Rn) for controlling temperature and illumination, fan coil units(80) mounted with a wireless controller, wireless existence sensors(71b) for recognizing empty rooms by the presence of people in the spaces, and a pattern controller for controlling power consumption of the spaces and controlling the operation of the heat pump unit according to a control pattern table.
