An imprint aluminum plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the discoloration of a printed motif since the motif does not be disappeared although the surface is cleaned with a rag or mop. An imprint aluminum plate and a manufacturing method thereof comprises: a membrane formation process(T4) forming an oxide layer in the surface of an aluminum plate passing through a drying process; a hole filling process(T5) filling up a hole formed at the oxide film of the aluminum plate passing through the membrane formation process; a coating process(T6) forming a coating layer after covering transparent paint on one side of the aluminum plate passing through the hole filling process; a transcription process(T7) pressurizing a thermal plate to make the transcribing ink absorbed on the coating layer after coating a transcription paper on the coating layer of the aluminum plate passing through coating process; and a drying process(T8) drying the aluminum plate, passing through the transcription process, in the room temperature.
