A water purifying filter prevents the purified water from being discharged in a state that white residue generated from ORP balls is mixed with purified water. A water purifying filter(110) comprises: a filter case which is installed in a waterway, and in which housing spaces(111-115) are formed; and a plurality of ion pi balls(120), a plurality of pi water balls(130), a plurality of tourmaline balls(140), a plurality of antibacterial balls(150), and a plurality of alkali reducing catalysts(160) housed in the housing space of the filter case and arranged in the waterway. The alkali reducing catalysts are disposed separately from the ion pi balls, pi water balls, tourmaline balls, and antibacterial balls. The alkali reducing catalysts packed with a tea bag(170).
