A bean sprout cultivation vessel and a direct forwarding method thereof are provided to maintain the freshness of bean sprouts for a long period by forming an air path for bean sprouts. A bean sprout cultivation vessel comprises a vessel body(30), a sealing unit and an air path(34). The top of the vessel body is opened and the bottom includes a drain hole(31). The outer surface of an open part(32) of the vessel body has a sealing surface on which a packaging film(F) is attached or welded. The air path allows the air to flow the vessel body in and out. A method for packaging and forwarding bean sprouts directly from the bean sprout cultivation vessel comprises the following steps of: placing a floor material(35) at the bottom of the vessel body; uniformly arranging well-swollen bean sprouts thereon; cultivating them in a conventional way; removing moisture from the sealing unit of the vessel body; sealing the edge of the packaging film except for the air path; and forwarding it. |
