<p>A photoelectric conversion module structure for increasing an effective area of photoelectro-motive force in an integrated thin solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing time and an inspection time by reducing a process number of a cutting unit. A photoelectric conversion module structure for increasing an effective area of photoelectro-motive force in an integrated thin solar cell includes a transparent substrate(10), a first transparent electrode layer(20), a first photovoltaic conversion layer(30), an intermediate reflecting layer(50), and a first cutting unit. The first transparent electrode layer is laminated on the transparent substrate. The first transparent electrode layer is formed with a conductor in order to transfer an electrical signal. The first photovoltaic conversion layer is laminated on the first transparent electrode layer. The first photovoltaic conversion layer is formed to generate the photoelectro-motive force. The intermediate reflecting layer is laminated on the first photovoltaic conversion layer. The intermediate reflecting layer is formed to generate the first photoelectro-motive force. The first cutting unit forms a cutting groove.</p> |
