A float and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve durability and to cut down on maintenance cost because the expandable bead injected through the expandable bead injection hole is promulgated and the foam is formed. A manufacturing method of a float comprises a step for blow-molding a body(20) made of the synthetic resin material within the blow-molding die; a step for injecting the expandable bead in the space of the body in the state that the body is placed within the blow-molding die through the expandable bead injection nozzle inserted into one side of the blow-molding die; and a step for forming a foam(30) inside the body. The expandable bead is manufactured comprising a pre-heating step for heating raw material bead in the pre-foaming unit and forming the pre-foaming bead; a heat-up step for heating up the pre-foaming bead again and forming the expandable bead; and a step for inputting the expandable bead into the silo equipped in one side of pre-foaming unit and drying and aging it.
