An organic electroluminescent display device and their driving method are provided to compensate for the deterioration of the organic light-emitting diode by converting the voltage supplied to the organic light-emitting diode into the digital signal. An organic electroluminescent display device comprises a sub pixel(140), an electric current source part(180), digital-to-analog conversion sections(192,194,196) and a switching unit(170). The sub pixel is arranged between scanning lines(S1 to Sn) and data lines(D1 to Dm). Each of the sub pixels has the organic light-emitting diode. The electric current source part supplies the fixed electric current to the organic light-emitting diode during the sensing period. The digital-to-analog conversion section converts the voltage applied to the organic light-emitting diode into the digital signal. The switching unit electrically connects the data lines and the electric current source part during the sensing period.
