The device has fixation bodies e.g. screw heads (4, 5), for fixing a panel (2) i.e. plate, on a support i.e. tank (1). A slide on a face of the panel is displaced between a position in which the slide allows access to the bodies and another position in which the slide masks the bodies from a face opposite to the support. A quarter turn type bolt locks the slide in third position covered by a terminal block cover (3). The slide has handling units (64, 65) e.g. blades, set between the positions located at outer side of the cover, where the units are located between branches of the slide. An independent claim is also included for a box comprising a tank whose bottom forms a support on which a panel is equipped.
