A heat exchanger is provided to increase a contact area between fluids for heat exchange by passing the fluid to be heat-exchanged via a corrugation tube in a space between inner and outer cases, thereby increasing the heat exchange efficiency. A heat exchanger includes inner and outer cases(30,40) disposed with a distance from each other for forming a path for fluid for heat exchange therebetween and a corrugation tube(20) wound on the outer peripheral surface of the inner case in the path for the flowing of the fluid for heat exchange. |
