A manufacturing method of a raised block for the visually challenged is provided to replace a raised block easily and to reduce the maintenance cost by filling up the inside of a raised block with fillers and forming in a double structure, and to guide pedestrians by forming projections to be extended or moved vertically. A manufacturing method of a raised block(60) for the visually challenged comprises the steps of manufacturing a raised block provided with a filling portion(10) on the inside, one or more sensing projections(20) and a slide prevention projection on the top, a ring-shaped hanging projection(40) on the inside of the side, and many fixing projection on the bottom of the side by injection molding, filling up the filling portion with mortar(70), and drying the mortar filled in the raised block. |
