A method for manufacturing a back panel of a picture frame using powdered bones is provided to enable a dead person's portrait to be fixed in a picture frame whose back panel is made of the person's bone powder. A method for manufacturing a back panel of a picture frame using powdered bones comprises: a first mixing step of mixing plaster powder with a dead person's bone powder together(S100); a second dough-making step of adding water to prepare mixture dough(S200); a third molding step of putting the dough in a molding frame to make it to a plate-shaped panel(S300); and a fourth processing step of drying the panel, cropping it to a picture frame size and polishing the surface(S400).
