A refrigerated air injector is provided to cool the structure to be in contact with the skin of a medical equipment easily, thereby preventing the danger of burn of the skin. A refrigerated air injector is used by cooling the cold air of the structure to be in contact with the skin, and irradiating the cold air directly to the skin to reduce the danger of burn due to the heat of high frequency or laser of a medical equipment. The cold air generated at an air refrigerator is moved to the hand piece by the heat-insulated hose, and the air passing through the structure inside the hand piece is irradiated directly to the skin.
