An electricity saving apparatus is provided to protect a load apparatus by connecting an input power to a load automatically through measurement of input voltage and current. A mutual induction reactor(4) is composed of a primary voltage detection controlling unit, a secondary current coil voltage detection unit, a switching unit. The primary voltage detection controlling unit leads out a center tap of the primary voltage coil(2), and it detects the primary voltage and compares it. The secondary current coil voltage detection control unit(7) senses the current coil voltage of the secondary current coil(3) and controls it. |
