A light emitting element apparatus is provided to reduce flicker by radiating a stable light to an AC power source by using a regulator. A light emitting device comprises a light emitting element portion, a rectifying circuit part(110), and a smoothing circuit part(120). The light emitting element portion emits the light, and the rectifying circuit part converts the AC power supply which it is provided from outside into the DC power supply. The smoothing circuit part comprises the voltage regulator, and the voltage regulator removes a ripple of the DC power supply supplied from the rectifying circuit part and the voltage in which the light emitting element portion emits the light is supplied.
