A method of constructing an elastic floor is provided to improve safety and reduce fatigue in walking or exercising and to improve the characteristics of elastic flooring easily deformable by moisture or ultraviolet ray. A method of constructing an elastic floor comprises a step of forming a primer layer of 0.05~0.1mm made of one selected from the group consisting of acryl resin, polyacrylate, polyurethane, polyolefin and silicone resin on the top of concrete, asphalt, asphalt concrete, permeable concrete or rubber chip pavement, a step of forming a base coat layer of 12~20mm composed of elastic chip of 2~3mm 60~80wt%, ceramic spherical lightweight filler of 75~350mum 5~20wt%, and polyurethane-based binder 10~20wt% on the top of the primer layer, and a step of forming a top coat layer made of water-soluble urethane or water-soluble acrylic latex on the top of the base coat layer. |
