A home bar door and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce assembling time and remove the injection step of foaming liquid, thereby improving productivity and reducing a reject ratio. A home bar door includes front and rear cases(160,120) to be coupled with each other, an insulating element(140) molded in the corresponding shape to the inside of the rear case and inserted into the rear case, and an adhesive element(150) positioned between the front case and the insulating element for preventing the front case from being loose.
