A structure for laying a wire harness for a door from the door side to the body side of an automobile, leading the wire harness from a weather strip through the vehicle interior side. The wire harness for a door is led out from a space between a door inner panel and a door trim on the door side and has an extra length portion that is allowed to follow open/close operation of the door. When the door is opened, the extra length portion is led out from the space, and when the door is closed, the extra length portion is pulled in along the arcuate outer peripheral surface of a speaker, which is placed in the space, and contained in the space.
