A method for recycling waste salt water is provided to improve productivity of salted cabbages and kimchi of good quality increasingly, and to achieve complete integration automatic control of the waste salt water in salinity controlling processes. A method for recycling waste salt water includes a pre-processing filtration process and a post-processing filtration process by using a first and a second pre-processing filters(30,40) and a first and a second pre-processing filter(50,60) filtering impurities except pure salt water from the discharged waste salt water. The post-processing filtration process comprises a step for measuring the amount of the waste salt water flowed from a cabbage pickling tub(12), and a step for closing or opening valves(V3,V4,V5) selectively mounted on each edge of a plurality of nano-filters(61,62,63) comprising the post-processing filter. |
